Krema OR Crazy Richard’s natural peanut butters then you are really missing out. No pun intended but they are the KREAMIEST nut butters I have ever had. The gourmet brands have a variety of butters including my favorite peanut, cashew, almond and even spicy blends! What sets their family of peanut butters apart is their use of only the best quality peanuts, their own roasting and grinding process without adding extra fasts, salts or sugars. People are so mis-lead about nut butters… some people think that they are bad for you since they do contain a lot of fat but as long as it is a peanut butter without added transfats like Krema or Crazy Richards, the fat is GOOD fat—fat your body needs for proper function. It is truly a health food and can be part of ANY diet.
They are one of the OLDEST peanut butter companies in operation so they must be doing something right. What is your favorite way of enjoying peanut butter? I love mine in recipes, smoothies, on toast, with celery, plain on the spoon! Here is one of my favorite ways to enjoy my Krema and a pic for your drooling pleasure. Take your desired amount of peanut butter and roll into a ball (sometimes I add dried fruits to the mix). Take a tablespoon of cocoa powder (or cinnamon) and mix with sweetener of choice on the side. Roll your formed peanut butter ball in the cocoa-sweetener mix and put on a piece of wax paper, place in the fridge. Let it set and voila! Its like a truffle but BETTER!
