Try Glad Corn! It is sooooooooo good! Gluten-free, sugar-free and high fiber corn snack! I tried the "original" flavor and it was like a partially popped kernel with a touch of salt. No greasiness at all-- just a munchy snack that could be eaten as is, as an addition to trail mixes or as a topping for soups and salads. Each serving only has 140 calories with grains and fiber to boot. Glad Corn has other flavors besides the fantatic original like bar-b-que, gourmet cheddar and jalapeno. These are tucked away in my desk drawer for safe keeping.
