Nice Buns!

The Ozery Bakery makes these awesome multi-grain buns called "One Bun". Not only are they adorable-- they taste delightful and would be a favorite for even the most discerning bun connoisseur. I knew that I had to try one of these right away so for dinner I had a boca burger (vegan style) with a slice of vegan cheddar, some crisp lettuce all atop the One Bun. I think since the bun had a more flat shape than the traditional bun you could use it for many things -- sandwiches, as toast, mini pizzas.
