A quote taken directly from the Fabulous Flats website. If you can get your mitts on this flatbread do it now. It is simply the best flatbread I have ever tasted -- and for good reason. The people over at Fabulous Flats are self-proclaimed "food obsessed" (sounds kinda familiar). They pride themselves on making "authentic, all-natural, ethnically diverse flatbreads" and after trying the Naan I am sold. I have had Naan at authentic Indian restaurants and it is amazing but now I can have it at home (and control the toppings without worrying about transfats, extra oils etc).
