If you don’t love Brussels Sprouts—something is wrong! If you have never tried them then it is time. They are a great veggie, if you prepare them right. My favorite way is to roast them with a bit of high-quality olive oil. This time I used Olinda Ridge Olive Oil and boy was it good. I just took some tin foil and put a tiny bit of the oil on the bottom and lined the sprouts up and covered them. Put them in the oven at 400 for a half an hour and they were caramelized on the bottom and so tasty! It really does make a difference in your cooking on what type of oil you use—both taste and health benefits. I like Olinda’s award winning blends because they are made in small batches from their very own organic orchards in California keeping it all natural, healthy and delicious.
