Fresh, top quality sweet potatoes are baked in our ovens, then pureed to perfection. By adding spices, hints of lemon flavor, brown sugar and other yummy ingredients we achieve a delicious muffin. And we like to claim what little beta carotene is left in the muffin after baking, even though it is probably negated by the Triple Sec cinnamon glaze.
